The target of proposed remodeling project is the main facade (adjacent to I.C. Bratianu Bvd.) and consists in building a new glazes facade on a metallic structure placed next to the existing building ; also a new panoramic elevator will be installed – that should make a facile access to each level . The entire overview consider a harmonious integration in the existing urban context – proposing a transparent dialog between the old facade (which will be plated with bricks having an old aspect) and the new modern one. The proposal purpose is to correct the building image at the I.C. Bratianu bvd. level, which now severely alters the entire street overview – being located in the neighborhood of historical buildings.
